PSR Solutions are working with a leading specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee industrial construction projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, warehousing, and distribution centre projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing site activities on industrial construction projects, with a particular focus on warehouse, distribution centre, shed and concrete works.

Due to the nature of the projects, this role will require regular nationwide travel and working away from home when required.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion.
Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Managing health & safety, quality and programme performance on site.
Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Managing logistics and site documentation.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager on industrial, logistics, warehouse or distribution centre projects.
Strong understanding of concrete works, concrete flooring, slabs, groundworks or associated packages.
Experience delivering large-scale "shed" projects would be highly advantageous.
Excellent health & safety knowledge.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel nationwide and work away when required.
