Site Supervisor – Landscaping & Civils experience

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client’s growing team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality landscaping & civils projects.

About the Role:
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise landscaping and civils projects from start to completion.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all works are carried out to specification and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and report to Project Managers.
Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate plant, materials, and labour requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in landscaping & civil works.
✅ Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage & turf installation.
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✅ Ability to read drawings and manage project programmes.
✅ Valid driving licence.
