GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist drylining contractor delivering high-quality partitioning, suspended ceilings and SFS packages across the South West and surrounding regions. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

* Managing daily site activities and labour resources

* Coordinating drylining, ceiling, SFS, plastering, and associated trades

* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections

* Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet specification standards

* Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

* Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics

* Producing site reports and progress updates

* Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently

Requirements of the Site Manager:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining, interiors, fit-out or specialist subcontracting

* Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings and interior finishes

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets

* SMSTS qualification (essential)

* CSCS Card (essential)

* First Aid at Work qualification (preferred)

* Full UK Driving Licence
