Health & Safety Advisor

We are working with a well-established Groundworks and Civil Engineering specialist who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support their growing portfolio of projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with documentation, and enjoys working closely with site teams to maintain high safety standards across multiple active projects.

The Role:

* Supporting site teams with day-to-day health & safety compliance

* Carrying out site inspections and reporting findings clearly and accurately

* Maintaining and improving H&S documentation, RAMS, and audit records

* Promoting a strong safety culture across groundworks and civil engineering operations

* Liaising with management, site supervisors, and external stakeholders

* Ensuring all paperwork and compliance systems are kept up to date and audit-ready

About You:

* Strong administrative and organisational skills (paperwork is a key part of the role)

* Experience within groundworks, civil engineering, or a similar environment preferred

* NEBOSH qualification ideal but not essential

* Good understanding of site-based health & safety processes

* Confident communicator with a practical, hands-on approach

* Able to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
