The Company

My client is a specialist fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality and restaurant fit-out projects across the UK. Due to the award of a £1.4 million project at a major London football stadium, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead the works on site.

The Project

This project involves the refurbishment and fit-out of restaurant and hospitality facilities within a live football stadium environment. Works include high-quality fit-out, refurbishment and structural wall alterations.

Previous restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage fit-out experience is essential. Experience delivering projects within live operational environments such as stadiums, airports, retail, leisure or hospitality settings would be highly advantageous.

You will be responsible for programme management, client reporting, logistics, quality control, documentation and stakeholder management. A site team will be in place managing the day-to-day supervision of trades, allowing you to focus on project delivery, compliance, reporting and protecting the company's interests.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable operating within a structured environment where communication, planning and paperwork are critical to the success of the project.
