Senior Quantity Surveyor – Lead Your Own Project

The Role

Take full commercial ownership of a live construction project
Lead the scheme from current stage through to final accounts
Act as the commercial lead, reporting into the Commercial Manager
Manage an Assistant QS supporting with admin and smaller packages
Oversee major packages – including M&E and RC frame
Transition onto a new project following GW2 approval, taking it through to completionWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience leading projects as the No.1 QS / SQS
Background in high-rise residential projects (highly desirable)
Strong experience managing large-value packages (M&E, RC frame)
Able to run a job independently with minimal intervention
Collaborative mindset – not siloed, works well with delivery teams
