The business operates across multiple construction sectors, including roofing, waterproofing, brickwork, and property development. With a strong client base, repeat business, and plans to double turnover from £20m to £40m over the next five years. Continued growth has created the need for a dedicated operational leader who can help strengthen internal processes, support project delivery, and build the infrastructure required for the next stage of expansion.
You will act as the operational hub of the business, supporting Contracts Managers, monitoring project delivery, improving systems and processes, and helping drive business growth. Working closely with the Directors, you will coordinate resources, oversee project progression, and support recruitment and staff development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational or management experience within construction, logistics, property maintenance, or a similar project-driven environment. You will be confident, organised, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Operations, project coordination, or management experience
* Construction, property, maintenance, logistics, or similar background
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Experience using CRM systems and business software
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Full UK Driving Licence
