Group H&S Manager – London

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a maintenance contractor in their search for a Group H&S Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing and improving health and safety performance across multiple construction sites and projects.

This is a temp-to-perm role.

Job role: Group H&S Manager

Location: London & the South of England

Job type: Temp-to-permanent

Salary: £60k – £70k + car (day rate equivalent)

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive H&S policies, procedures, and guidelines for all construction activities.
Ensure all projects and teams adhere to relevant H&S legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify, assess, and control potential hazards and risks across all projects, developing and implementing appropriate control measures.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Construction/property experience is essential
