Electrical Supervisor

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

Location: Stowmarket
Basic Salary: £44,075
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm + call‑out rota

R9 are recruiting on behalf of a social housing maintenance company. We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor / QS to support and oversee a team of engineers delivering electrical and compliance work across social housing contracts.

The Role

* Supervise electrical and gas engineers

* Support with technical issues and ensure safe working

* Coordinate jobs and keep projects running smoothly

* Step in to deliver corrective repairs when needed

* Communicate clearly with clients and residents

* Lead by example and promote teamwork

What You Need

* Supervisory experience in electrical engineering (social housing preferred)

* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple jobs

* Good customer service approach

Essential:

* 18th Edition

* C&G 2391 (or equivalent)

* AM2

* NVQ Level 3

Desirable:

* Heating system wiring

* NICEIC QS

* Social housing experience
