We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to oversee and deliver complex Healthcare projects across London. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing schemes under the P23/P24 procurement frameworks, with a strong background in Tier 1 main contracting.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record delivering Healthcare projects in a live hospital environment

In-depth knowledge of P23 / P24 frameworks

Experience in tendering and pre-construction activities

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, programme, and commercial performance
