Working pattern: 60% on site (hybrid)
3-month interim contract
516 day rate
A major regeneration programme is seeking experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of a high-profile scheme centred on a new rail station, transport hub, and mixed-use station quarter.
This is a fast-paced, complex programme focused on connectivity, housing growth, and economic development.
Roles Available
Land Acquisition Project Manager – Lead land assembly and CPO delivery
Rail Project Manager – Manage rail design, technical coordination, and stakeholder interface
Station & Public Realm Project Manager – Deliver station building, public realm, and mixed-use development
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Manage project delivery, programme, risks, and budgets
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Support business case development and approvals
Ensure governance, reporting, and contract performance
The successful Project Manager will have:
Experience in infrastructure or regeneration projects
Strong stakeholder and programme management skills
Ability to deliver in complex, fast-moving environments
Specialist experience in CPO, rail, or mixed-use development
