Freelance Site Manager – Ultra High-End Penthouse Fit-Out

Location: Central London
Contract Length: 7 Months (Freelance)
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: Competitive, DOE

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the fit-out of a two-storey, ultra high-end penthouse valued at up to £20 million, along with associated luxury amenities on the ground floor.

Currently approaching the plastering stage, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the penthouse through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of finish are achieved across all areas whilst reporting into a project manager.

Project Overview:

Penthouse: Two floors of premium residential space with bespoke finishes and complex detailing.

*

Ground Floor: High-spec entrance lobby, private screening room, and a dedicated lift and stair core providing access to a private health spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, with a strong on-site presence

*

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to maintain program and quality

*

Drive the project forward, ensuring key milestones are met

*

Maintain health & safety standards and site documentation

*

Liaise closely with the project team, reporting progress and resolving site issues

*

Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail, befitting an ultra high-end project

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing luxury residential or ultra high-end fit-out projects

*

Hands-on, proactive attitude – must be site-based majority of the time

*

Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills

*

Ability to interpret and deliver complex architectural and design details

*

Freelance availability for the full duration of the 7-month contract
