Architectural Designer – Exclusive to White Label Recruitment

White Label are working on exclusive basis in the search for an enthusiastic Architectural Designer to join a specialist design and R&D team for a market-leading business delivering innovative architectural and research projects.

The Role
You will support the team by creating Revit families and building templates, producing architectural building blocks, and assisting with non-project architectural work. In addition, you’ll work on R&D projects including fire testing, robust testing, and blast testing. This role requires self-management and flexibility, as you will be expected to adapt to the team’s needs and contribute to improving design processes.

Key Requirements

* Architectural background with strong proficiency in Revit – MUST

* Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic team environment

* Experience or interest in R&D outputs for architectural design

* Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Package & Benefits

* Salary: £30,000 – £50,000

* 26 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with service)

* 37.5-hour working week (Mon–Thu 8 am–5 pm, Fri 8 am–2 pm)

* Hybrid working – 1 day WFH per week or 4 per month (flexible)
