🕒 Project Duration: ASAP –

Our client, a regional House Building Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team, on a project in Prudhoe. The project will involve the managing the continuation of a large new build development containing over 200 homes, starting ASAP and the duration is ongoing.

Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have previous relevant new build residential experience.

Candidate Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS card

* 3-day First Aid

* DBS Certification (desirable)
