The Graduate Building Surveyor's Role

Your role will include:

Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors

Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget

Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities

Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions

The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems

A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
