CSA Project Manager
Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor, employing over 2,000 people. They deliver cutting-edge construction solutions across sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Building Services. They are currently seeking CSA Project Managers for major Data Centre projects in Mons, Belgium and Dusseldorf, Germany.
The ideal CSA Project Manager will be responsible for:

Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all CSA works on site, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality targets.

Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to deliver civil, structural, and architectural works in line with project specifications.
*
Monitoring progress, costs, and quality, implementing corrective actions as required.
*
Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure smooth integration of CSA scope with MEP, commissioning, and architectural packages.
*
Leading CSA progress meetings and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will need:
*
Proven experience managing CSA works on large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centres.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
*
Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods.
*
Ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
*
Commitment to health, safety, and quality compliance.
*
An EU passport may not be required but is highly desireable.
