The company specialise in construction & fit out / refurb across the industrial & logistics, commercial, data centre, life science and retail & leisure sectors on projects up to £30m+.

Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities

Review and Analyse Tender Documentation
Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates
Manage the Tender Process
Obtain and Evaluate Subcontractor and Supplier Quotations
Conduct Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement
Identify and Assess Commercial Risks
Develop Bid Strategies and Value Engineering Proposals
Lead Internal Tender Review Meetings
Support Client Engagement and Negotiations
Prepare Handover Information for Delivery Teams

Senior Estimator requirements

Construction related degree / qualifications
7+ years Estimating experience
Experience working for a main contractor
Worked across various sectors within the built environment
Experience using various Estimating softwareSenior Estimator Benefits
