Senior Quantity Surveyor

A family feel construction consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a proactive team who predominantly deliver residential, hospitality and healthcare projects across the UK.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading a QS team on a range of projects from inception to completion, whilst also assisting the senior management team in a client facing role, building relationships with clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK
Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential
A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plus
Car and driver's licenseIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
