Senior Quantity Surveyor

A global cost management consultancy with an impressive workload, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably MRICS, to join their Manchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a traditional PQS / Consultancy background to work on their whole variety of projects including hotel, commercial offices, or residential projects.

Focusing mainly on new-build projects, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects up to £100m in value and support partners and colleagues in delivering major big money schemes across the North of England.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS – preferred
UK Cost Management experience
Experience working on projects of £10m+
Experience working on new build and/or fit-out projects
Strong communication skills and client facingIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
