Site Manager – 2 Day Cover (Nottingham)

Nottingham – NG21

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a live project in Nottingham.

Dates required: 22nd – 23rd June (2 days)
Duration: Temporary cover
Rate: Competitive / negotiable (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live construction site
Ensure health & safety compliance is maintained at all times
Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and site reporting
Act as main point of contact for client and site teams during cover period

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
Valid SMSTS (or equivalent)
CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
First Aid at Work (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
