We're currently looking for an experienced Working Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy project in Fareham, Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanical professional who can lead from the front, coordinate site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

✅ Supervising mechanical installation works on site
✅ Remaining hands-on where required
✅ Managing and coordinating subcontractors and operatives
✅ Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
✅ Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
✅ Maintaining quality workmanship throughout the project

Fareham, Hampshire

7:30am – 4:30pm

Requirements

✔ Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
✔ Strong mechanical installation background
✔ SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
✔ Valid Gold CSCS card
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to work independently and drive programme targets
