We're working with a growing property and construction consultancy that is expanding its Building Surveying team. They are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys balancing technical expertise with project delivery and wants to work on a broad range of interesting developments across the region.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be confined to a single service line.
You'll be involved in both Building Surveying and Project Management activities, giving you the chance to lead projects, work closely with clients, and see schemes progress from initial concept through to completion.
Whether it's restoring historic buildings, delivering healthcare improvements, or managing commercial refurbishments, you'll play a central role in making projects happen.

Responsibilities:
Leading projects through all stages of delivery
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Undertaking building surveys and inspections
Preparing technical reports and specifications
Managing budgets, programmes, and project risks
Producing tender and contract documentation
Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Supporting procurement and construction phases
Providing practical solutions to project challenges
You'll ideally have:
Chartered status (MRICS)
Consultancy experience within Building Surveying
Experience delivering project and professional services work
Understanding of contract administration and project delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and organised approach
