💰 £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
🏢 Full-Time | Office-Based (Hybrid after probation)

This is a great opportunity for a QS with around 2+ years’ experience who is looking to develop their commercial skills, gain exposure to a variety of project types, and progress within a supportive and well-structured team.

You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and operational teams, gaining full exposure to the commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the commercial management of multiple construction projects

* Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting

* Help manage subcontractor packages, variations and final accounts

* Work closely with project and site teams to ensure accurate financial control

* Maintain and update commercial records and project documentation

* Support procurement and tendering activities where required

Requirements

* Approximately 2+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role

* Background in construction, refurbishment or fit-out environments preferred

* Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills

* Good communication and ability to work within a team

* Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress long-term
