Internals Site Manager – New Build RC Frame
Temporary Contract 18 months + or Temp to Perm
Location: South West London
£280-£300 per day depending on exp

Our client is a leading residential developer that operate all around London with a number of landmark developments. They are known for their high quality projects and have been involved in various long term schemes.

Job Description

You will be working as an Internals Manager on this new build prestigious development in London. You will be in charge on a single block at a time of up to 100 units. The works will include running a block from 1st fix through to completion and then moving onto the next one.

The candidate is required to have similar experience working either for a developer or contractor.

MUST HAVE:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• FIRST AID

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to design team meetings as required
• Work with wider team on each package scope
• Ensure H&S standards and procedures are maintained or exceeded
• Challenge and develop methodology and sequence to ensure optimum result for the project
• Ensure QA procedures are correct, maintained and adhered to
• Liaise with all department, contractors and consultants to ensure successful delivery of the
  packages above
