Health & Safety Advisor (lodge included)

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for Health & Safety Advisor to work on a large Civils and Infrastructure project involving various groundworks and heavy civil engineering works.

The successful candidate will work closely with site management, operatives, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Monitor compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
Provide practical health and safety advice to site teams.
Assist with the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure statutory records and safety documentation are maintained.
Support management in achieving project health and safety objectives.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.Our client aims to keep the right people on long term as they have secured work on major infrastructure projects across the country commencing in 2028.
