Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and well-established main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor join their commercial team on a freelance basis for a Data Centre project in Hayes. As a main contractor they undertaking the fit-out of the Data Centre.

Position: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hayes
Salary / Rate: £400pd – £450pd
Duration: Potentially 18 months contract

The Freelance Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

• A detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying working for a main contractor
• Experience working on data centre projects
• Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
• Self-sufficient
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Excellent communication and oral skills
• Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
• Stable employment history
• High-performing individual
• Versatile
• Excellent time-keeping skills
