Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Job running experience
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical detailing skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
