Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Education – FF&E)

Location: Yorkshire

Rate: £240 per day

Hours: 7am – 4pm

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension over summer holidays)

Working Style: Primarily remote with 1 site day per week; coordination‑focused role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple education-sector FF&E refurbishment projects across Yorkshire.

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering 4-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to completion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a proven track record managing construction or refurbishment projects within schools or similar settings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple refurbishment projects across educational sites

Oversee refits of washrooms, classrooms, sensory areas, and outdoor play spaces

Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and site documentation

Conduct weekly site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams

About You

To be successful, you must have:

Demonstrable project management experience within construction, fit‑out, or FF&E

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
