Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a long-term social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team delivering high-value refurbishment and temporary accommodation.

Managing the commercial delivery of a temporary accommodation workstream and supporting additional reactive and planned maintenance programmes

Overseeing subcontractor procurement, package management, valuations, variations and final accounts throughout the contract lifecycle

Leading and supporting junior commercial staff, including Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors, ensuring best practice and commercial compliance

Producing CVRs, cashflow forecasts, cost reports and commercial performance data for senior management

Scoping properties alongside clients and subcontractors, pricing works and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the Westminster contract

Skills & Qualifications

Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline

Minimum 2 years' experience operating within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment sectors

Strong knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and social housing contract delivery

Proven experience producing CVRs, managing subcontractor accounts and maintaining contract cashflow
