A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly respected main contractor operating within the Channel Islands.

The Role
Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will assist in the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with cost reporting and budget management
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Managing valuations and payment applications
Supporting variation and change management processes
Assisting with subcontractor accounts
Commercial reporting and project forecasting
Supporting the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle Requirements
Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying role
Construction industry experience with a main contractor, subcontractor or consultancy
Strong communication and organisational skills
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification preferred
Must hold a British Passport or have unrestricted Right to Work in the UK to be eligible for relocation What's On Offer?
