A London Quantity Surveying practice are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across a diverse range of projects for high-end clients.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The directors are seeking a client facing and professional Quantity Surveyor who can pick up live projects and provide immediate project support on retail, commercial, and high-end residential schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract tasks including administering contracts, preparing cost plans, cost reporting, and leading through to final account negotiations.

The Quantity Surveyor

Pre and post contract experience
Retail fit-out or high end residential project experience would be preferred
PQS / Consultancy background
Ideally working towards becoming MRICS
Confident managing multiple projectsIn Return?

£55,000 – £65,000
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
