Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Surrey office which has secured multiple projects and is looking to grow.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an Associate and Partner on a mixture of large industrial schemes and fast-paced healthcare refurbishments to begin with. There are also some student accommodation, residential, and hotel projects to help with.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from inception to completion, including acting as an EA/CA when required, whilst also providing support on more complex/larger projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Able to run projects independently / with Partner support
Surrey based – driving licence and car
PQS / Consultancy experience
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£55,000 – £65,000
