A fast-growing, PE-backed global business. An annual CapEx programme in excess of £200m. A bespoke, AI-assisted project reporting platform. And a need for someone to own it.

This role sits at the intersection of capital project controls, financial analysis, and systems management. It doesn't exist in many organisations — which is partly what makes it interesting.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Global Head of Projects, you'll own the internal CapEx platform, maintain cashflow forecasting models across 40+ active major projects, monitor schedule performance across multiple regions, and bridge the gap between project delivery and finance. You'll also produce senior leadership reporting up to CEO level.

What we're looking for

PMO, programme controls, or capital project finance background. Construction or infrastructure experience helpful but not essential. More important is that you're highly analytical, pragmatic rather than methodological, comfortable with large datasets, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. Airtable experience is a bonus — comfort with bespoke data platforms is a must.
