Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping)

Our client specialises in environmentally sustainable landscaping solutions for major projects, utilising revolutionary innovations in eco-construction.

They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or experienced AQS looking to step up, with previous landscaping experience.

Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages, through to Final Accounts.
Undertaking and CE's and EW's
Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
Responsible for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR's.
Attending client and project progress meetings.Quantity Surveyor requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
Circa 5+ years' construction industry experience, with previous landscaping experience.
Experience of commercially managing projects through to Final Accounts
Able to undertake accurate take-off's and remeasurements for landscaping works.Quantity Surveyor Benefits:
