A well-established Quantity Surveying Consultancy are looking to add a high-class Associate Quantity Surveyor to their London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

A strategic hire – the Partners are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who particularly enjoys managing and mentoring a quantity surveying team which will include delegating work, providing APC support, and offering general quantity surveying support on their projects.

As well as managing a team, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also work across a diverse array of project sectors including residential, listed buildings, commercial, education and more.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or similar
Worked within a Cost Management / PQS practice
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable leading projects independently
Happy to support and mentor less experienced quantity surveyors
Good management skills – clients and teamsIn Return?

£80,000 – £90,000
