Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wellingborough.

The Role

* Managing builders' work to the existing building fabric

* Coordinating subcontractors and site activities

* Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

* Maintaining programme and quality standards

* Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements

* Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within industrial or commercial environments

* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS

* CSCS Card

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Available to start immediately
