The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the pre-construction phase, managing design processes, supporting tenders, coordinating technical solutions, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to deliver efficient, buildable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Strong experience within industrial and logistics construction
– A proven background delivering industrial sheds / warehouse projects
– Experience across groundworks, civils, steel frame structures, and cladding systems
– A strong understanding of buildability, design coordination, and construction methodologies
– Experience managing design information through the pre-construction process
– The ability to work collaboratively with commercial, operational, and technical teams
