Quantity Surveyor

A local authority in the North West is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of housing refurbishment and capital construction projects on an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide commercial and cost management across construction projects.

* Manage pre and post contracts.

* Administer contracts and manage change control, valuations, and final accounts.

* Support procurement and tender processes.

* Monitor budgets, risks, and project financial performance.

* Provide advice on contractual matters to project teams.

Requirements

* Degree or Charteredship in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

* Strong experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or infrastructure projects.

* Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

* Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
