A well-established and highly regarded metalwork company is seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Designer to join its team in Bedford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the structural steel and architectural metalwork sectors.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Tekla Structures
Proven experience within Structural Steel or Architectural Metalwork
Ability to produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior designers is desirable
