A leading Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join its senior leadership team in London.
With an enviable reputation for delivering complex Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) projects across commercial, residential, life sciences, healthcare and mission-critical sectors, this business continues to secure some of the capital's most prestigious developments.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the commercial management of multiple MEP projects across London.
Oversee project profitability, forecasting, reporting and cost control.
Manage and mentor Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
Negotiate subcontract packages and manage procurement strategies.
Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage variations, change control, claims and final accounts.
Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Support tender reviews and provide commercial input during pre-construction.
Present commercial performance reports to senior leadership.What We're Looking For
Proven commercial management experience within Building Services or MEP.
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
Experience delivering projects valued from £10m to £100m+.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
A commercially driven mindset with excellent financial awareness.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar (preferred).Package
