Location: London

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 + Benefits

As a Mechanical Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a wide range of Mechanical Building Services projects.

Working closely with the Commercial, Design and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in securing new business and supporting successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications.
Produce quantity take-offs and cost plans.
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Review tender documentation and identify commercial risks.
Develop value engineering solutions where appropriate.
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
Support the handover of successful tenders to the delivery team.About You

Experience working for an MEP or Building Services contractor.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines.What's on Offer?
