Expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from £5m – £50m.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced BIM Manager to support RC Frame and Groundwork projects across the U.K. Primary responsibilities will include Developing and implementing the BIM execution plan, Managing BIM workflows and standards, Coordinating with stakeholders and offer training and support to BIM Engineers.

About the requirements

* At least 4 years BIM Management experience

* 2+ years working with an RC Frame and Groundwork contractor

* Experience with 3D BIM modelling

* Previous experience in using 4D Simulation

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £70,000 – £80,000 per annum.
