Freelance Site Manager (PAYE Umbrella) – Curtain Walling Project

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the final 4 weeks of a curtain walling project, assisting the existing team in driving the project through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

* Oversee curtain walling/façade works and ensure quality standards are met.

* Maintain health & safety compliance on site.

* Coordinate snagging, inspections, and close-out activities.

* Liaise with the client, main contractor, and project team to ensure programme targets are achieved.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing curtain walling/façade projects.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certificates.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Available to start at short notice.

This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to help deliver a successful project completion and handover
