Site Manager – Hall Refurbishment Project (Kent)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term refurbishment project in Kent.

Project Scope:

Full hall refurbishment
Internal strip-out works
Flooring replacement
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
Associated internal refurbishment and finishing works

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Proven experience delivering refurbishment / strip-out / fit-out projects
Strong health & safety and subcontractor management skills
Ability to manage fast-paced short duration projects

Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and coordination
Overseeing strip-out and refurbishment works
Managing subcontractors and sequencing works efficiently
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Driving programme to tight deadlines
