Contracts Manager – Facades & Cladding

I'm currently working with a specialist façade contractor who is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple façade projects across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong order book, managing projects from pre-start through to completion while working closely with clients and senior management.

The Role:

* Managing multiple façade and cladding projects simultaneously

* Overseeing project programmes, budgets and resource allocation

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Managing Site Managers and project teams

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

* Supporting commercial and operational performance across projects

What I'm Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the façade or cladding sector

* Strong technical understanding of façade systems

* Excellent leadership and client management skills

* Commercial awareness and programme management experience

* Ability to manage multiple live projects
