Fire Stopper

A reputable and well-established Passive Fire Protection contractor with a strong presence across South London and the surrounding areas is looking for an experienced Firestopper to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work across a variety of projects across residential, and commercial sectors delivering high-quality passive fire protection solutions and ensuring works are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete firestopping installations across multiple sites throughout South London

* Install passive fire protection systems including penetration seals, fire barriers, cavity barriers, and associated works

* Ensure all installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and compliance requirements

* Interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details accurately

* Work alongside site teams, supervisors, and project managers to deliver quality-focused results

* Maintain a strong focus on health & safety, workmanship, and attention to detail

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Firestopper / Passive Fire Protection Installer

* Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems and installation methods

* Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects

* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team

* High standards of workmanship and a commitment to quality

* Relevant passive fire qualifications or manufacturer training would be beneficial

Package & Benefits:

* Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 (depending on experience)
