Electrical Site Manager – Permanent
Location: Outskirts of Manchester

A well-established M&E Contractor specialising in the residential sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation on a new-build apartment development on the outskirts of Manchester.

This is a permanent opportunity, managing the full electrical package from start to completion on a 50-week project consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the full electrical installation on site.

* Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site labour.

* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

* Liaise with the main contractor, project managers, and other trades.

* Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.

* Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager on residential new-build developments.

* Strong knowledge of electrical installations within apartment projects.

* SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred).

* ECS/CSCS card.

* First Aid qualification (preferred).

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
