Design Manager

Our client are a well established and highly reputable regional Main Contractor who specialise in both the residential and commercial space. With a large pipeline of work secured, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to play a central role in the coordination and management of live projects from Pre-Construction through to project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

* Oversee the initial pre-construction phase, including the tender process

* Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover

* Manage consultants, drawings, and specifications in line with programme and budget

* Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
