Site Manager Required!!

Pay: £300 per day

Site manager – Industrial – £1m project value

Location: Wokingham

Duration: 16 Weeks

Start Date: 13/07/2026

One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a 16 weeks refurbishment on an industrial unit in Wokingham.

The job includes: Liaison for client, roofing works, M&E, strip out & refurbishment.

The right person will also have a good understanding of H&S, Overseeing tradesmen, customer relations, ensuring the project is on track for completion.

The main responsibilities will include:
– Overseeing sub-contractors
– IT literate
– Good communicator
– Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
– Inductions

The right candidate will have the following:
– SMSTS
– First aid at work
– CSCS Card

We are looking for the right person to start 13/07/2026.
