Senior Engineer

CIVILS SENIOR SITE ENGINEER REQUIRED 🚧

📍 Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk
📅 Start: Immediate / ASAP
⏳ Duration: Minimum 7 months

JML are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join a major civils project near Stowmarket, overseeing Ground Investigation Works on a significant Overhead Line project.

Requirements:

✅ Civil Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
✅ Valid CSCS Card
✅ Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer within the civils sector
✅ Experience managing and overseeing site engineering activities
✅ Strong understanding of ground investigation, setting out, quality assurance, and site documentation
✅ Ability to liaise effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and project management

Duties:

* Overseeing Ground Investigation works across the project

* Managing site engineering activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information

* Maintaining quality assurance records and site documentation

* Ensuring works are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements

* Supporting the wider project team with planning and delivery
